Our refund policy is strictly stage-based to cover the cost of professional man-hours and resources:

  • If a refund is requested after document drafting or the DSC process has started, 25% of the professional fees shall be retained.
  • Once the application is filed with the Government, no refund will be issued.
  • All statutory fees (stamp duty, ROC fees, etc.) are strictly non-refundable.
  • Client delays, non-responsiveness, or failure to provide documents.
  • Rejection due to incorrect/false information provided by the Client.
  • Portal downtime or statutory changes in law.
