Term & Conditions NgoExperts

Hey there! Welcome to NGOExperts—your trusted partner in setting up and supporting NGOs across India. Whether you're just starting your nonprofit journey or managing compliance for an existing one, we're here to help make the process simpler and smoother.

These terms and conditions outline the rules governing your use of our website and services. Please read them carefully. By using our site or working with us, you agree to all terms mentioned here. If something doesn't sit right with you, we respect your decision, but we kindly ask that you refrain from using our platform or services.

1. What We Do (and What We Don’t)

NGOExperts helps individuals, social workers, and organisations start and manage NGOs by offering end-to-end support. Think of us as your go-to team for services like

  • Section 8 Company registration

  • Society and Trust registration

  • 12A & 80G registrations

  • FCRA application and advisory

  • CSR-1 filing

  • Annual compliance

  • And much more…

We act as a facilitator, guiding you through the complex legal and procedural steps involved in running an NGO. Our team comprises professionals who understand the system, are familiar with the process, and are committed to making your compliance experience stress-free.

That said, we’re not a law firm, and we’re not a government body. We don’t offer legal opinions or represent you in court. Everything we do is aimed at assisting with documentation, registration, and coordination with relevant authorities. For any deep legal or financial advice, we recommend you speak with your lawyer or CA.

2. Who Can Use Our Services?

We’re here to serve changemakers, founders, and visionaries like you—but with a few ground rules.

To use our services, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older

  • Provide correct, updated, and honest information when asked

  • Use our services for genuine, lawful purposes only

If we detect misuse, misrepresentation, or any unethical activity, we have the right to cancel your service or restrict access without prior notice. We believe in trust and transparency, and we expect the same in return.

3. Payments and Refunds—Keeping It Fair

Our pricing is shared with you upfront. Before we begin work on any service, full payment is required. This covers both our professional charges and, in some cases, government or third-party fees.

Now, about refunds:

  • Payments made are non-refundable once the work has started.

  • If, for any reason, we're unable to proceed with your service (for example, due to a government policy change or an unforeseen obstacle on our end), we will evaluate the case and process a refund, typically within 7–10 business days.

  • However, if delays or rejections happen due to incorrect documents or information provided by you, we're unable to offer refunds. That's because we would've already invested time, effort, and resources into your case.

We're always fair and reasonable—and if there's an issue, please don't hesitate to reach out. Our team will try their best to resolve it.

4. Service Timelines—What to Expect

We work hard to complete services on time. But let’s be honest—things can sometimes take longer than expected. Especially when government departments, portals (like MCA, Income Tax, or NGO Darpan), or payment gateways are involved.

Here’s what you should know:

  • We provide estimated timelines, not fixed deadlines.

  • If any delay arises due to government servers, verification steps, or document issues, we’ll inform you as early as possible.

  • While we’ll follow up and push things forward from our end, we can’t control external authorities or guarantee approvals.

So, while we promise transparency, commitment, and clear communication, we also ask for patience, especially in complex cases.

5. What We Expect From You

Working together is a two-way street. Here’s how you can help us help you better:

  • Submit all required documents correctly and in the requested formats.

  • Double-check for spelling errors, and mismatches in names, PAN numbers, or addresses. Even one error can cause rejection.

  • Respond promptly to our queries, emails, or calls. The sooner we get what we need, the faster we can move forward.

  • Stay engaged throughout the process, especially if government portals send OTPs or verification emails to your phone or inbox.

Please note: If there’s a delay or rejection due to incorrect or incomplete documents from your side, NGOExperts won’t be liable. But don’t worry—we’re always here to guide and support wherever we can.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Here’s the deal—we’re experts at facilitating NGO-related work, but we’re not responsible for final approvals. Those decisions lie solely with regulatory authorities (like the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the Income Tax Department, etc.).

We won’t be held liable for:

  • Delays in application approvals

  • Technical issues on government portals

  • Penalties imposed due to late filings (especially if caused by delayed client response)

  • Rejections caused by data mismatch, wrong info, or missing documents from your end

Also, we cannot offer financial compensation for losses arising from any of the above scenarios. Our job is to do our best, stay transparent, and guide you every step of the way.

7. Your Data & Privacy

We care deeply about your data and take it seriously. Any personal, financial, or organizational information you share with us is

  • Kept confidential

  • Used only for delivering our services

  • Never sold, shared, or misused

While we use secure systems and software to manage your information, we are not liable for cyber threats, hacks, or data breaches caused by third-party platforms like
