To start the FCRA online application for registration process, access the online portal by visiting https://fcraonline.nic.in/home/index.aspx#. Click on the "Forms" option to proceed.

Depending on the type of registration, select either "Application for FCRA Registration-Form FC – 3A" or "Application for FCRA Prior Permission-Form FC – 3B".

Next, click on "Apply Online" to create a username & password by clicking on "Sign-Up." Once the applicant has successfully signed up, a message confirming the creation of the account will be displayed on the screen.
Step 4:
Log in to the account using the username & password previously created. Once logged in, the screen will display a message asking, "I am applying for." From the options given, select FCRA Registration to proceed.
Step 5:
On the next page, select the "FC-3" option from the title bar to initiate the new registration procedure.

Fill in all the relevant details in the form such as organization name, address, contact information, etc.

Select "The Executive Committee" option from the menu bar to fill in the executive committee form.
Step 9:
Add, delete, or edit the key functionary details by entering the required information in the "Add details of Key Functionary" section.

Step 10:
Provide bank details such as account number, IFSC code, etc., which will be used for transaction-related purposes.
Step 11:
Upload all the necessary documents in PDF format on the website.
Step 12:
Make the payment for the registration process through any of the available options.
